Grievance Redressal Mechanism

How to File a Grievance

You can file a grievance by sending an email to grievance@akkfashion.com with the following details: your full name, order number (if applicable), a detailed description of your complaint, supporting documents or screenshots (if any), and your preferred resolution. You may also call us at +91 92432 35276 during working hours or write to us at the address mentioned above.

Resolution Timeline

Acknowledgement: Within 48 hours of receipt

Investigation: 5-7 business days

Resolution: Within 30 days of filing the grievance

If you are not satisfied with our resolution, you may escalate your complaint to the appropriate consumer forum or the National Consumer Helpline at 1800-11-4000 or consumerhelpline.gov.in.
